1 Introduction

Welcome to kbazi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the kbazi website, mobile platform, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by kbazi ("kbazi", "we", "us", or "our"). kbazi operates as an internationally licensed offshore online gaming and sports betting platform accessible to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing the kbazi Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you ("you", "the Player", or "the User") acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the kbazi Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the kbazi Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the kbazi Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kbazi operates a strict 21+ policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of any employee of kbazi or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on kbazi or have an active account suspension or ban on the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must ensure that your use of the kbazi Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your local jurisdiction. kbazi does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.

kbazi reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility requirements are not or have ceased to be met.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the kbazi Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If kbazi identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether via shared device, IP address, payment method, identity documents, or any other indicator — kbazi reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close such accounts and to void any winnings generated therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. kbazi accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify kbazi immediately at support@kbazi.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

kbazi will never ask for your password by email or phone. Any communication purporting to be from kbazi requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kbazi operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, and in certain other circumstances at kbazi's discretion, you will be required to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to:

• A copy of a government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered mobile number).

kbazi reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide required documents within 30 calendar days of a request may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

kbazi accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. kbazi does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which kbazi accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are typically credited to your kbazi account within 60 to 120 seconds for MFS payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank card deposits may take longer depending on issuer processing times. kbazi is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. kbazi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): typically within 24 hours of approval.
• Bank card withdrawals: 3 to 5 business days, subject to issuer processing.
• Bank transfer: 2 to 4 business days following approval.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. kbazi reserves the right to impose a maximum single withdrawal limit at its discretion. Any winnings that kbazi has reasonable grounds to believe were generated through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or system exploitation may be withheld pending investigation.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on kbazi are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances are displayed in BDT. kbazi does not apply currency conversion charges for Taka-denominated accounts.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kbazi Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, market, or sporting event as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted by the kbazi system and a confirmation reference has been issued. kbazi reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed in excess of applicable limits, bets placed after an event has commenced without live betting being available, or bets placed where a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

5.2 Odds and Prices

Odds published on kbazi are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. kbazi makes every effort to display accurate odds in real time; however, it accepts no liability for losses caused by odds displayed due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, kbazi reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and event and are displayed within each game or betting market interface. kbazi reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at any time and without prior notice.

5.4 Live and In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are offered on selected cricket fixtures, football events, and other sporting events. In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to allow for odds adjustment. kbazi accepts no liability for connectivity issues experienced by the player during live betting sessions.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

kbazi offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before opting in.

Bonus funds and free bets credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates are specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register, complete KYC verification, and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the specific welcome offer terms in effect at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Abuse of the welcome bonus, including but not limited to the creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

kbazi actively monitors for bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage betting, and the coordinated exploitation of promotional offers. Any player found to have abused bonuses in any manner will have their bonus winnings voided, and kbazi reserves the right to close the account and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

7 Responsible Gaming

kbazi is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. kbazi provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the Platform responsibly.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Players may set maximum session duration limits. kbazi will automatically log out the player when the set limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion for a fixed period or indefinitely. During the exclusion period, the account will be locked and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen reminders of their session duration and net wagering activity.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbazi Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated winnings may be voided and forfeited:

1. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any point during account operation.
2. Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
3. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your account.
4. Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or any activity that contravenes applicable financial crime legislation.
5. Using any software, bot, algorithm, AI-assisted system, or other automated tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
6. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to place bets or generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
7. Colluding with other players or third parties to fix or manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
8. Abusing the bonus or promotional system through multi-accounting, arbitrage strategies, or any coordinated exploitation.
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward kbazi staff, support agents, or other Platform users.
10. Attempting to access or interfere with the kbazi Platform's underlying systems, source code, databases, or security infrastructure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the kbazi Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall layout and design ("Content"), is the property of kbazi or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kbazi Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content.

Any unauthorised use of the Content, including scraping, automated data collection, or republication of odds data, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The kbazi brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of kbazi.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbazi, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

kbazi's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kbazi account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kbazi does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kbazi undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but makes no binding guarantees in this regard.

11 Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may request closure of your kbazi account at any time by contacting support@kbazi.io. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding investigations being in progress.

11.2 Termination by kbazi

kbazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• kbazi has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity associated with your account.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• kbazi is required to do so by any applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.
• Continuation of the account relationship poses an unacceptable risk to kbazi or other Platform users.

In the event of termination by kbazi for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds shall be forfeited. Any genuine real-money balance may be returned at kbazi's discretion following the conclusion of any relevant investigation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

kbazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kbazi will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.

Your continued use of the kbazi Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.1 above.
